Team Red vs. Team Blue

Take a lot of things that are red and put 1 blue thing in the middle.
Red examples: pieces of paper, balls, apples, dishes, push pins, ect. Put a random thing that is blue and preferably not at all associated with the red items in the middle. Leave it the way it is and look at it for an increased amount of time as the anxiety goes down.
