Do you do something 14 times? Don't feel bad that you are listening to OCD, but instead work on it slowly to stop the compulsions! My suggestion is that you change the numbers of times you do something up. Instead of 10, 9. Instead of 14, 13. It will mix your OCD up a bit and after a while, it will be easier. The only thing that matters is that the number is slightly less than the original one!
