Gives you a card-iac arrest

Take any deck of cards that you can find around your house and just sprinkles them around the house. Keep walking around the house afterwards, not allowing yourself to flip the cards over or move them in away. Keep walking until the anxiety goes down. Then add a different type of card game into the mix, until your house is a mess and you can sit with it without getting distracted!!
