Sufferers of ordering or perfectionism OCD: Keep your room messy for a day. Every part of it. First look at pictures of it and the sit/stand in the room for a couple minutes at a time, increasing as it gets easier. Lastly, work at messy desk, sleep in a messy bed, and play in a messy room. Really get into it!
