Smell the Stuff

If you are scared of vomit or have emetophobia, take some milk and pour it in a cup. Leave it outside for a few days. After 24 hours of being left outside, smell the milk for the following amounts of time progressivly: 1 second

5 seconds

10 seconds

30 seconds

1 minute

Note: Make sure to keep a straight face and not show any signs of discomfort while doing the exposure. When the exposure is over, walk away from the cup of curdled milk as if nothing had happened. These tips will make the exposure harder to execute.
