Cover it up

If you have problems with checking, this exposure is for you. If you have checking compulsions around numbers or money, even better. The best math problems to trigger that OCD are graphing coordinates. You can find problems online, find each coordinate and graph it. Here is the catch: when you finish looking at each coordinate pair, cover it with a piece of paper and DO NOT recheck. Sometimes, you can do this exposure while doing homework, so 2 birds with one stone!!
